- Google (Places & related APIs) — verifying local business and place data used in your content
- GoHighLevel — CRM, messaging, and calendar features for client accounts
- Resend — transactional and report email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing for paid services
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. This list may change as our Service evolves; we will update it accordingly.
5. AI Processing of Your Information
A core part of our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your public professional presence and generate content and recommendations. To do this, information such as your name, market, public profiles, and the content you provide may be processed by the AI providers listed in Section 4. We instruct our providers to process this information solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models.
6. Email Communications (CASL Compliance)
If you provide your email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to your audit, account, and services, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. In compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL):
- Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link;
- You can request to be removed from our marketing list at any time by contacting us;
- Transactional messages (such as your audit report or account notices) may still be sent as needed to provide the Service.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (listed in Section 4);
